Getting started
- Open Harutobi and tap Get started.
- Allow access to all photos or choose selected photos.
- Choose an album or scan all accessible photos.
- Leave Harutobi open while initial analysis begins. You can search indexed images while the rest continue processing.
Change photo access
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Harutobi. If you use limited access, only the photos you select can appear in Harutobi.
A search result is missing
- Confirm the image is included in Harutobi’s selected album or photo access.
- Open Harutobi Settings and tap Re-scan library.
- Search for text visibly present in the image or add a custom tag.
- Images stored only in iCloud may need an internet connection before iOS can provide them for on-device analysis.
